One of the final ADP Onboarding Experience steps is to sign off on Swing Education documents and policies. For some, there is an issue in the system when trying to add your signature to the documents. Please check these tips to make sure that you're able to sign:
- Chrome is the recommended browser. Check that the most updated version is downloaded (Select the three dots at the top right of Chrome > Help > About Google Chrome).
- Make sure "Block 3rd Party Cookies" is turned off.
- At the top right in Chrome, select the three dots then Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
- Make sure "Block third party cookies" is not selected.
- Allow Pop Ups
- At the top right in Chrome, select the three dots, and then Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site Settings.
- Click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Turn setting to Allowed.
- Once the above has been completed, the user must clear their cookies before attempting to log into the system again using SSO.
- At the top right in Chrome, select the three dots, and then Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all cookies and site data> Remove all.
- Confirm by clicking Clear all.
