Keilah Smith is a former teacher and principal with a career history of designing and implementing community, professional development, and academic programs for diversified audiences. She has extensive experience managing classrooms as a teacher and excels at coaching others on managing classrooms of all grade levels. Keilah is currently the liaison between the Swing substitute teacher community and Swing’s partner schools, and she is also fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
