Issues Saving and Opening The Harassment Prevention Training.
Some SwingSubs have expressed difficulties accessing the training in ADP. If you:
- Receive a log-in page
- Are not able to open courses
- Or course progress is not being saved
then the steps below should resolve these issues.
How To Resolve Log-in Issues with ADP
#1 - Use Google Chrome as your web browser.
#2 - Clear your web browser cache and cookies.
#3 - Add these links as trusted sites on your web browser.

#4 -Third-party cookies should be allowed/enabled on your web browser.
How to Allow/Enable third-party cookies on your web browser:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy and Security
- Go to Site Settings
- Go to Cookies and Site Data
- "Blocked third-party cookies" is turned off
- Allow - click on Add
- Enter the below links - one at a time

How to Allow/Enable Pop-Ups on your web browser:
#5- Pop-Ups must be allowed/enabled on your web browser. Here's how to enable them:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy and Security
- Go to Site Settings
- Go to Pop-ups and redirects
- If it says blocked - move the button to the right until it says Allowed
- Allow - click on Add
