How can I access the Harassment Prevention training when I login to ADP? [Technical Difficulties]

Issues Saving and Opening The Harassment Prevention Training.

Some SwingSubs have expressed difficulties accessing the training in ADP. If you:

  • Receive a log-in page
  • Are not able to open courses
  • Or course progress is not being saved

then the steps below should resolve these issues. 

How To Resolve Log-in Issues with ADP

#1 - Use Google Chrome as your web browser.

#2 - Clear your web browser cache and cookies.

#3 - Add these links as trusted sites on your web browser. and

#4 -Third-party cookies should be allowed/enabled on your web browser.

How to Allow/Enable third-party cookies on your web browser:

  • Go to Settings
  • Go to Privacy and Security
  • Go to Site Settings
  • Go to Cookies and Site Data
  • "Blocked third-party cookies" is turned off
  • Allow - click on Add
  • Enter the below links - one at a time and


How to Allow/Enable Pop-Ups on your web browser:
