Some SwingSubs have expressed difficulties accessing the trainings in ADP. If you receive a log-in page, are not able to open courses, or course progress is not being saved the steps below should resolve these issues.
#1 - Use Google Chrome as your web browser.
#2 - Clear your web browser cache and cookies.
#3 - Add these links as trusted sites on your web browser.

#4 -Third-party cookies should be allowed/enabled on your web browser.
- Go to settings
- Go to Privacy and security
- Go to Site Settings
- Go to Cookies and site data
- Blocked third-party cookies - turn off
- Allow - click on Add
- Enter the below links - one at a time

#5- Pop Ups must be allowed/enabled on your web browser.
- Go to settings
- Go to Privacy and security
- Go to Site Settings
- Go to Pop-ups and redirects
- If it says blocked - move the button to the right until it says Allowed
- Allow - click on Add
