Where's My Payment?

When you onboard to our Payroll partner, ADP, you will be given the option to sign up for direct deposit.  ADP has now made it possible for your direct deposit to be approved automatically; however, if they can't approve it, it will take 2-3 cycles to be completely set up.

Your account will then need to go through a Pre-note process where ADP will deposit several small amounts into your account and remove them. This is to ensure that the correct bank account has been set up. While you are in your pre-note cycles, you will be mailed a live paper check. Please allow 7-10 business days for your check to arrive.

What is a prenote?

A prenote is a test to validate the employee's bank account information. Prenotes are sent from ADP to the employee's bank account and verified before direct deposit payroll can be processed.

A prenote test transaction gets sent to the bank to ensure that the provided employee account information is valid before setting up a direct deposit transfer to pay the employee.

We will contact you if your direct deposit fails so you can correct your information.
