What Does The Banner On My Account Mean?

Red Banner

If you have a red banner, then a mandatory requirement on your account is about to expire. It is critical you update it to avoid account suspension. 

If you are missing a document, please update it immediately in order to continue seeing work. 

If you are in the process of converting to a W-2 and have completed all steps, including ADP, please ignore the banner as ADP takes a few days to update on our platform.

Converting to W-2 is not optional. 

 

Blue Banner

The banner may be blue to let you know you have expiring documentation or as an alert of something important. It's vital that you read it each time you log in to ensure it has not changed.
