What Does The Banner On My Account Mean?

Red Banner

If you have a red banner, then a mandatory requirement on your account is about to expire. You must update it to avoid account suspension. (The banner shown below will pop up once you log into your Swing account)


If you are missing a document, please update it immediately in order to continue seeing work. (Once you click on the banner, it will take you to your account settings. Where it will show what documents need attention.)



Blue Banner

The banner may be blue to let you know you have expiring documentation or as an alert of something important. It's vital that you read it each time you log in to ensure it has not changed.
