For long-term requests (requests lasting longer than 21 calendar days), you can click on “Choose Sub” to review a list of subs who expressed interest in the assignment. Simply choose your long-term sub from this list by clicking on “Select Sub”.  

In most cases, the sub will be confirmed into your request right away. However, if the sub has prior commitments during the time of your request, the sub will be notified that they were chosen and given the option to cancel out of their other commitments.
