**See Swing's Cancellation Policy for Both Subs and Schools**
Below are the steps you will take to cancel a request:
1. Log in to the website subs.swingeducation.com
2. Click under the “My Commitments” tab.
3. Click into the request that you want to cancel and you will be taken to the request page.
4. Scroll down the request page to click the teal “cancel” button.
5. You will be prompted to enter your reason for canceling. Click the red “yes” button to submit your cancellation.
6. If your cancellation went through, you should receive a cancellation confirmation text message.
