All Swing Subs who have to fill out a timesheet in ADP in order to process your hours by 11:59pm on Saturday. If not, you will need to submit a manual timesheet in order to record your hours and process your payment.

If you're an independent contractor subbing in NJ, NY, IL, AZ, DC, and TX, you do not need to submit a timesheet to process your payment. 

Filling Out The Manual Timesheet

When you open the Swing Manual Timesheet, you will be able to fill in each cell by clicking on it. Be sure to fill out all relevant fields. 

Then save as a PDF and send it to payroll@swingeducation.com
