COVID-19 Vaccine FAQs – Support Center

SwingSubs in CA, NY, DC, and IL are required to either:

Be fully vaccinated (this means that the final dose in your vaccine series was received more than two weeks ago); OR
Request and receive reasonable accommodation for an exemption from Swing's COVID vaccination policy due to a medical reason or because of a sincerely held religious belief. Accommodation requests must be made by submitting the COVID-19 Attestation form and selecting "I am requesting a reasonable accommodation." Use the links included in the attestation to download and complete the appropriate exemption request forms and include them and any accompanying documentation with your submission.
Once Swing is aware of the need for accommodation, we will engage in an interactive process to identify possible accommodations. You can learn more about the process here.

Swing is currently recommending but not requiring a COVID-19 booster shot for anyone who is booster-eligible.
