How Do I Deactivate My Account? (NY, NJ, DC, TX, AZ & IL Subs)

As a SwingSub, you have the flexibility to work around your own schedule. We encourage you to leave your account active, allowing you the flexibility to continue picking up requests when you have the time. 

If you still wish to deactivate your account please contact us. We will be sad to see you go and thank you for your time, but we also wish you all the best in your next adventure. 

To deactivate your account:

  • Contact us after you have completed all requests and we will deactivate your account
  • Your final payment(s), if applicable, will arrive as regularly scheduled.

If you ever want to come back, just contact us and let us know, we would be happy to have you back to the Swing platform.
