Sub Request Filters
You can use filters to help browse through requests in the Swing website and Swing app. The filters are available from the Openings tab and you have the option between:
Custom filter
Starts soon
Worked before
New today
Using the filters
You can add or remove as many filters from within the Openings tab.
You can adjust these filters at anytime.
The filters you select will only show sub requests that match all the filters you selected. Please note, the more filters you select, the fewer requests you see.
How to use the custom filter
To use the custom filter, press the filter icon on the Openings page.
From there, you can select from more specific filters such as filtering by:
Length of the request
Start date
Type of request
And more
FAQ
Is this the same as setting my preferences?
No, the filters will only filter out requests that are currently available on the platform.
Will this help with job availability?
Sub requests are still submitted by our school partners based on their needs. Filters don't impact when or how often you'll see requests.
How do I clear my filters?
You can press "X" on the filter you no longer need or you can press "Clear" after selecting the Custom Filter icon.
