What does the"Not a good fit" button do on the sub request?

Explains the "Not a good fit" feature on the Swing Platform

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Swing has a new way to send feedback!

Subs can now mark a job as “Not a good fit” using our new feedback button! This will help us improve the Swing Sub experience by:

  • Understand why certain requests aren’t appealing

  • Improve how we match and recommend jobs so you see more relevant opportunities

How do I send feedback?

Subs will see the “Not a good fit” button on all available sub requests in the open requests tab.

Once you've taped the “Not a good fit” button, you'll then see options to choose why a request wasn't a good fit.

Once you're done, you can submit your feedback to Swing for our team to assess.

FAQ

Where can I find the “Not a good fit” button?

Currently this button is available on all requests.

Will Swing automatically mark requests as not a good fit?

No, we will not send feedback on your behalf. We will only mark requests as not a good fit if you send your feedback via the “Not a good fit” button.
