Payment for Harassment Prevention Training

Swing Education compensates employees for completing the mandatory Harassment Prevention Training. Below are the key details:

  • Compensation Rate: The training is paid at Swing’s minimum wage of $19.90/hour.

  • Training Duration: Payment covers approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes (1.33 hours) of training time.

  • Payment Process: Once you submit your training completion certificate, the hours will need to be added to your timesheet.

You can add the hours to your timecard within the Swing website or Swing app.

If you're on UKG, please enter "Harassment Prevention Training" in the Pay Code section, and add the hours in the "Amount" section of your timesheet.

Timeline for Receiving Payment

Payment is typically processed and issued 1–2 weeks after you submit your training certificate. If your certificate is submitted earlier in the week, you can generally expect payment by the following Friday.
