1. Navigate to https://swingsubs.swingeducation.com/profile
2. Click on your profile icon on the left hand side to access your profile.
3. Click the pencil icon to edit your profile
You can edit your:
"About Me" sub profile
Education experience
Work experience
And classroom preferences
Feel free to add upload a professional headshot or clear image of your face. The photo should contain only you, no children or pets.
For tips on writing your bio, we recommend:
Include clear details about your teaching experience.
Specify the grade levels and subjects you’ve taught.
Add any education, qualifications, and certifications you hold.
The more specific your bio is, the more likely you are to be selected for long-term assignments with Swing.
How do I update my phone number in my Swing account?
Click on the pencil icon next to your name to reveal the contact window. Click on the "Phone Number" section to edit the number.
After you see the "Update Your Number" prompt, add in your phone number and click the "Request Code" button.
Once you receive the verification code via test, click the "4-digit code" field to enter your code.
Once you're done, click "Verify" on your account to verify the number.

The number of times that you’ve been “preferred,” or requested by a school
Any positive feedback you receive from a school where you taught
What is Feedback From Schools?
Whenever subs get written positive feedback from an admin or school for a job well done, this written feedback will appear in their Swing Profile. This will allow schools to see how well a job was done in previous assignments.
What Swing Stats are NOT visible to Administrators and Parents?
Here are the Swing stats that are not visible to administrators and parents:
The number of times you’ve canceled a request at the last minute
Your overall cancellation rate
The number of times you’ve shown up late
The number of times you’ve no-showed for a request
