Partial Cancellation for Multi-Day Requests

Overview

Substitutes can also cancel specific days from multi-day or long-term assignments—without canceling the entire request. This reduces classroom disruption, gives schools a better chance at staying fully staffed, and allow subs to better manage their requests.

Please note that you only have the partial cancel option available once the sub request has started.

1. Click on cancel button on the request you wish to remove or cancel specific days for.

2. Then press the "Cancel some days" button.

3. Write the dates you need to remove or adjust from your request.

4. Select the reason for canceling and press the "Cancel Some Days" button to submit the request.

This new flow only applies to multi-day requests that have already started

Who do I contact if I need to call out?

Please contact the school first by reaching out to the Day-Of contact listed on the Swing Sub request.
